"Cute clothes, but the prices are a little hard to swallow"
I really do love the whole Lonely Ghost vibe, the designs are cute and everything has that cozy, trendy feel to it. That said, the prices feel a bit high for what you’re actually getting. The quality isn’t bad at all, but it didn’t totally wow me either. I’d probably grab something again if it was on sale, but paying full price is harder for me to justify. I wanted to love it more than I did, so that was a little disappointing

"I had an issue with my order and..."
I had an issue with my order and customer service did get back to me quickly. They were nice and fixed it without making it a huge deal, which I appreciated. That said, I felt a little misled by the whole situation in the first place, so I’m glad they handled it, but it still left me a bit frustrated.

"Cool at first glance, but a little basic"
I saw it and immediately thought, “Okay, that looks nice.” The style is clean and cool, but after looking at it for a bit, it felt kind of plain and not super unique

"Showed up sooner than I thought it would"
I placed the order expecting to wait a bit, but it was at my door before I really had time to check the tracking. Everything arrived fine too, so no complaints from me.

"Size swap was easy actually"
I had to exchange for a different size and it was not a big stressful thing, which was nice. The return label showed up fast, and then the new one came quicker than I thought it would, so yeah, smooth overall.

"Not worth the price"
I really wanted to like this hoodie, but it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. The fabric felt kind of cheap and not nearly as soft as I expected. After one wash, it started looking weird and the seams already seemed loose. I reached out to support too, but I felt like I was stuck in a loop getting the same generic responses without any real help. Disappointing overall.

"Comfy hoodie, but took forever to arrive"
I ordered this hoodie the quality is really nice and it’s super comfy. The only annoying part was how long I had to wait for it to show up — I was getting frustrated checking for updates. Fit-wise, it runs bigger than I expected. I usually wear a medium, but I probably could’ve gone with a small. I’m still keeping it because I do like the loose, cozy fit, but definitely check the size chart before ordering.
